S2′s Goal Of Big Lip Flushness!
Wednesday, September 16th, 2009Had a few requests lately for a flush S2000 setup so here’s the answer. We’ve done a few of these cars in the past mainly for autocross or track use and haven’t found the perfect street setup since. The new LM20 wheel can take advantage of what little caliper overhang the stock brakes have and display some very decent size lips due to so. Always trying to push the envelope and being able to due almost anything with no restrictions we were able to get 18×10′s on the front and massive 18×11.5′s on the rear all with stock body work. The front “could” have been 11” or 11.5″ wide and still bolted up but to keep the turning radius perfect the 10′s did the job perfect and were a good width match for the tire package we wanted to use. The wheels fit perfect with rolled rear fenders, front fender liner tabs bent up, and natural negative camber at the shown drop.
